Criteria

Organization must:

Have current 501(c)3 status or U.S. fiscal sponsorship. Israeli organizations must have U.S. fiscal sponsorship or be funded through a U.S. system such as the Federations.
Fit within our program areas.
Be a project or institution that primarily serves the national U.S. Jewish community, Ethiopian Israelis or Arab Israelis, or the Jewish community of Akron, Ohio.

We also look for indicators of:

Operating with excellence.
A willingness and track record of collaborating with complementors, and leveraging the interconnectivity in the Jewish world.
Learning agility.
Addressing a gap or working toward step-change.

Please note we do not fund:

other than those within the Jewish community of Akron, Ohio.
